Today Dr.Watson read us a letter from ,MR.Lombardo, who waved his mechanical royalties to the song done by the flute choir’s rendition of We the The Three Kings Of Orient Are, for our cd ,and he had nothing but positive things to say:p So glad everyone likes our CD, and I’d like to thank you for all the support and the cds are still on sale so you can still pick one up in A120.

I hope you were able to attend this a.m.’s Coffee House CD launch party in the Parkland High School auditorium lobby. The Performing Arts Club provided their usual great morning drinks and treats, Sam D. and Noah D. entertained us, along with a great guest appearance of Andrew D. – all artists on our holiday CD for charity, and we officially kicked off sales of the CD to the public.
Also in attendance was Mr. Roger Ocshe, development director for Valley Youth House, the charity we are supporting with proceeds from sales of the CD. Roger also stopped by the Music Production class 2nd period to share about VYH (see Nich’s post below).
This year’s CD not only will help a great cause – trouble/abused teens in our area – but it’s got some fantastic music on it. Please check out the SOUND CLIPS and buy or order your copy today. Quantities are limited and when they’re gone…..they’re gone!

I just wanted to tell you what happened in our class today that was very special. We were fortunate enough to have Mr. Roger Ochse, the Developmental DIrector of the Valley Youth House. He told us that Valley Youth House provides homes and help for troubled teens. It supports teens who are homeless, have behavioral problems, have been abused, etc. It’s a very wonderful cause and I am so happy we are supporting this wonderful home.

Service Electric will be at the coffeehouse tomorrow morning to interview and film the launch of the CD! Del Prete’s is selling our CD and they have it looped on a boom box playing in the store and are getting great feedback.

Tomorrow Dec. 1st the CD launch will be held in the morning in the auditorium lobby of parkland high school. SOOOO excited to see if people like it so far we have heard good things but this is the final test:P
Dr.Watson now has the CD tracks up on ITUNES!!! With the Thanksgiving break when we return back to school Christmas cheer will be in the air and on the first of December you can offically buy a CD so get and order form and celebrate your holidays right:P
